Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Teclia Sistemas ("Postke", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Postke platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. What Postke does

Postke lets you create content — with or without AI assistance — and schedule it for publication on the social networks you connect. We act on your instruction: we publish what you schedule, to the accounts you connect, at the time you choose.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected social accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Each network has its own terms and policies, and your use of them through Postke remains subject to those terms. If a network suspends, rate-limits or removes your account or content, that decision is theirs and outside our control.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create and upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and publish it to the networks you have connected, on your instruction. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including images, video, music and trademarks.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postke to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
• Circumvent the rate limits, security measures or terms of any connected network.
• Reverse-engineer, resell or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

7. Plans, billing and trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance, per billing cycle, through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.
• Prices may change; we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

8. AI credits

Plans include an allowance of AI credits per cycle. Unused credits do not carry over unless the plan says so. If you exhaust your allowance, AI features pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade — the rest of the platform keeps working.

9. Availability

We work to keep Postke available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and network failures can interrupt publishing. When a network is temporarily unavailable, Postke retries; if publishing ultimately fails, we notify you.

10. Termination

You may stop using Postke and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your content.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for content that a network refuses, removes or delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Postke after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Teclia Sistemas is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
