Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Postke ("Postke", "we", "us") is a social media publishing platform operated by Teclia Sistemas. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can get it deleted. It applies to the Postke web application at app.postke.com and to this website.
1. Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never see or store them in readable form.
- Workspace and brand information — the brand names, descriptions, tone of voice, colours, logos and reference material you add so the AI can write in your voice.
- Content you create — posts, captions, images, videos, documents, tags, comments and scheduling data.
- Billing information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We store the subscription status and identifiers; we never receive or store your full card number.
2. Information from the social networks you connect
When you connect an account (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram or Discord), that network asks for your permission and then gives us:
- Access tokens — used to publish on your behalf and to read the metrics of your own posts. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.
- Basic profile data — the account ID, username, display name and profile picture, so you can tell your connected accounts apart.
- Post metrics — reach, impressions, likes, comments and similar statistics for the content you published through Postke.
We request only the permissions needed to publish and to read your own analytics. We do not read your private messages unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it, we do not post anything you have not scheduled or approved, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and timestamps, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Usage data — which features are used and when, so we can find errors and improve the product.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How we use your information
- To provide the service: creating, scheduling and publishing your content.
- To generate content with AI when you ask for it. Your prompts and brand context are sent to our AI provider solely to produce that output.
- To show you analytics about your own accounts and posts.
- To notify you about publishing results, failures and accounts that need reconnecting.
- To bill you, if you are on a paid plan.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:
- The social networks you connect — we send them the content you scheduled, on your instruction.
- AI providers — to generate the text and images you request.
- Stripe — to process payments, on paid plans.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store the application and its database.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a workspace or your account, the associated content, media and social connections are removed from our production systems. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before being overwritten. Records we are legally required to keep — invoices, for example — are retained for the applicable statutory period.
7. Deleting your data
How to delete your data: sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, which erases your account, workspaces, posts, media and social connections. You can also disconnect a single network at any time under Connections, which immediately revokes the stored token. If you prefer, email [email protected] from your account address and we will delete your data within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Brazilian users have these rights under the LGPD; users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have them under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Social network tokens are encrypted at rest, and passwords are stored as hashes. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the social networks and AI providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
Postke is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the application.
13. Contact
